Frytsjams winery produces four kinds of fruitwines in limited editions. The fruitwine is made in containers of 1000 liter. The standard filling is done in bottles 0,75 ml. Smaller or special packings are available on demand. The bottles are closed of with a natural cork and finished of with a capsule and a label. The entire proces from making to filling takes 8 weeks. During it the wine is filtered three times. The alcoholercentage is between 12 and 15 %. Frytsjam produces wine from Sea Buckthorn, Elderberry, Cranberry and Sloe (blackthorn). A speciality is the Sea Buckthorn Glühwein which can only be purchase during wintermonths.
Customers are stores (victuallers, supermarkets, delicatesseshops, VVV) and restaurants. Frytsjam wines are also popular in Chistmas baskets and catering. Delivery of large demands and demands from abroad are done by a courier; smaller orders in the region are being delivered by Frytsjam directly to the customer.
